The Siebold University of Nagasaki is set amidst quiet, propitious and
lush green surroundings. The functional campus, with its elegant buildings,
is beautifully arranged to carry out specific functions. We believe the
university provides an ideal atmosphere for students who will help develop
the new century.
A gentle slope leads up from the front entrance toward buildings arranged
functionally to support intellectual creativity. Siebold University is
an open campus that stretches over the hilltop, welcoming students eager
to learn. Functional facilities and a full contingent of professors are
well-matched to the breadth of the campus. Each department is outfitted
with the latest equipment: a suitably organized stage for a new "learning"
style. In consideration of the global environment, there is also a rainwater
tank (500 tons) to utilize natural water efficiently, as well as hot water
system with a solar heating system as a backup source of heat.
